By downloading or using RAMForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
RAMForge is licensed, not sold. The license is acquired through the Microsoft Store and is bound to the purchasing Microsoft account. You may install and use RAMForge on every Windows device on which you sign in with that Microsoft account, in accordance with Microsoft Store terms.
Users who installed RAMForge before it became a paid Microsoft Store application retain access to the current and future versions at no additional cost, as granted by the Microsoft Store upgrade rights for existing customers.
RAMForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AEB Labs does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that results will meet specific performance expectations. Memory reclaimed figures are estimates based on system activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEB Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of RAMForge.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
