1. Acceptance

By downloading or using RAMForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

RAMForge is licensed, not sold. A Pro license grants one user the right to use the software on one machine. The license is lifetime and may be transferred to a new machine by contacting support.

3. Permitted Use

• Personal or commercial use on licensed machines
• No redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of license keys
• No reverse engineering of the binary beyond what is permitted by applicable law

4. Trial

RAMForge includes a 15-day free trial. After expiry, optimization features are disabled until a Pro license is activated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RAMForge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AEB Labs does not warrant that the software will be error-free or that results will meet specific performance expectations. Memory reclaimed figures are estimates based on system activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEB Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of RAMForge.

7. Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
