1. What We Collect

• Nothing personal. RAMForge does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
• No telemetry: RAMForge does not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral analytics. All AI learning happens locally on your machine.
• Microsoft Store handles purchases: entitlement and account information are managed by Microsoft under their privacy policy. RAMForge itself never receives your name, email, or payment details.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Process names or memory contents from your PC
• Browsing history, clipboard data, or keystrokes
• Location data
• Identifiers tied to your person

3. Local Data

RAMForge stores configuration, accumulated AI model state, optimization history, and per-application performance statistics in %APPDATA%\AEB-DevLabs\RAMForge. This data stays on your machine and is never transmitted to any server.

4. Network Activity

RAMForge makes outbound HTTP requests for one purpose only: checking for new versions by fetching a small JSON file from aeb-devlabs.com. No identifying information is sent in this request.

5. Third-Party Services

• Microsoft Store: distribution, purchase, and license entitlement. Subject to Microsoft's privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We do not store any user data on our servers. All RAMForge data is local to your machine.
