1. What We Collect

• License activation: machine identifier (a hashed hardware ID — not personally identifiable) and license key, stored to prevent multi-machine abuse.
• Purchase email: collected by Stripe during checkout and used solely to deliver your license key. Not shared with third parties.
• No telemetry: RAMForge does not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral analytics. All AI learning happens locally on your machine.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Process names or memory contents from your PC
• Browsing history, clipboard data, or keystrokes
• Location data

3. Local Data

RAMForge stores configuration, AI model state, and license information in %APPDATA%\AEB-DevLabs\RAMForge. This data stays on your machine and is never transmitted.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend: transactional email for license delivery only.

5. Data Retention

License records are retained as long as your license is active. Contact support to request deletion.
